How long does a new website take?
Most website projects take about ten weeks from the first call to launch: discovery, strategy, design and build, then launch. Smaller projects move faster.
What does the free consultation cover?
It's a 20-minute video call about your goals, your current site and what is holding it back. You leave with clear next steps, whether or not you work with us.
Do you work with healthcare practices?
Yes. Healthcare is one of our specialties. We build HIPAA-aware sites, write clear service pages for patients, and focus on local search so nearby patients can find and book you.
What does a fractional practice operations manager do?
We act as the operations manager for your clinic's systems, part time and on a monthly retainer. That includes scheduling and booking, digital intake and consent forms, reminders, billing tools, practice management and EHR connections, and the integrations between them. We start with a free operations review of the tools you already use, then set up, connect and manage them so your team spends less time on admin.
Which platforms do you use?
We build custom websites that are fast, secure and fully managed for you, with hosting, updates and security handled as part of our service. If you already have a site on Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify or BigCommerce, we can improve it where it is or help you move to something that fits better.
Do you work with clients outside New Jersey?
Yes. INAYA runs fully online, so we work with clients nationwide over video calls and a shared project workspace.
What happens after my site launches?
You can take it from there with the training we provide, or move to a monthly retainer for SEO, content updates, maintenance and monthly reports, with a quarterly review of your goals.
